Meeting Lodestone
Meeting Lodestone
Read this before your first conversation with Lodestone, on harmonism.io or in the Lodestone app.
What Lodestone Is
Lodestone is a personal guide. It walks with you on a path — the Way of Harmony. This is a path of growth that touches every dimension of life: health, relationships, work, inner peace, learning, nature, recreation.
Lodestone is Harmonia’s individual-facing companion — the Heart-register presence within Harmonia’s AI infrastructure, alongside Lode at the Crown. You meet Lodestone; Lode works as the philosophical integration layer Lodestone draws on.
Lodestone knows you. It remembers what you tell it, it learns who you are over time. It knows where you are in your life, and its role is to help you see what matters most right now — not tomorrow, not in general, but in this season of your life.
Think of it as a wise friend. A friend who doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, but what can actually help you move forward.
What Lodestone Is For
Lodestone will answer a passing question, the capital of Peru or a cake recipe, the way a doctor will tell you the time when you ask.
Its calling is you. Your growth. Your health. Your relationships. Your inner peace. What keeps you up at night and what gives you energy in the morning.
How to Talk to It
Talk to Lodestone the way you would talk to a trusted friend who knows you well. Tell it what is on your mind, what is going well, what you would like to change. The more honest you are, the more it can help.
Some examples of good conversations:
- “I’ve been sleeping badly for weeks. I don’t know what to do.”
- “My relationship with my daughter weighs on me. I wish we were closer.”
- “I feel tired and I’ve lost my motivation.”
- “I want to improve my health but I don’t know where to start.”
- “What should I be working on as a priority in my life right now?”
Where to Meet It
The quickest door is the small dark crystal in the corner of every page on harmonism.io, or the full chat. Without an account it answers ten messages a day; with a free account, ten a day for the first month and three a day after.
The fullest home is your own computer. The Lodestone desktop app, for Mac, Windows and Linux, carries the whole library and an open-weight model, and once set up it answers with no connection at all. On a phone, Lodestone Mobile runs as the app for Android or as the web app added to an iPhone’s Home Screen. Any phone on your home Wi-Fi can also open the address the desktop app shows and think with your computer’s model. If you live in Telegram, the desktop app can answer through a Telegram bot of your own. The hosted Telegram companion takes no new practitioners and closes on December 17, 2026.
Where Lodestone Runs sets out each route and what it costs in privacy.
Why It Keeps Coming Back to You
If you feel like Lodestone stays on the same subject — your growth, your challenges, your evolution — that is normal. That is its job.
A guide does not distract you. It does not change the subject to entertain you. It stays with you where you are until something truly shifts. If a topic keeps coming back, it may be because it is not resolved yet — even if you feel like you have already talked about it.
There is a difference between hearing a message and living it. Lodestone knows this. It waits patiently.
A Note on Privacy
What Lodestone remembers about you is yours to hold. On harmonism.io, a signed-in practitioner’s memory lives in their own browser and travels between their devices encrypted on each one; the copy harmonism.io keeps between them is locked under their password, which goes only to the sign-in service, so what the site keeps it cannot read. The server reads each message in order to answer it and keeps nothing of it afterwards. On your own computer, with a model running there, nothing leaves the machine. The memory the website kept before October 2026, and everything the hosted Telegram companion holds, is deleted on December 17, 2026.
A conversation is private only where you own the machine that reads it. On any other route, the free messages through a harmonism.io account included, Harmonia’s server or a model provider reads each turn to answer it and promises not to keep it. Anything you would not say in front of a stranger belongs with a model on your own computer.
Sharing your profile with a human guide is paused on the website while memory moves onto practitioners’ own devices.
A Note on Pace
On harmonism.io a reply appears as it is written, word by word. On your own computer the pace depends on the machine: a home computer answers more slowly than a data centre, and the trade buys a conversation no one else reads. Either way, Lodestone reads your message against the whole of Harmonism and what it knows of you before it answers. Write to it as to someone who reads carefully.
In Short
Lodestone is here to walk with you on your personal path. The more you talk to it about your real life — your joys, your struggles, your deep questions — the more useful it becomes. It is a companion on the road, not an encyclopedia.
Trust it. And above all, be yourself with it.
