A multidimensional self-assessment from the Harmonism
This is not another personality quiz. The Harmonic Profile maps you across three layers that together form the most complete self-portrait the Harmonism can offer: your current life position, your psychological architecture, and your constitutional nature.
Eight dimensions of life — Presence, Health, Matter, Service, Relationships, Learning, Nature, Recreation. Five statements per dimension, rated on a 5-point scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. Your responses produce two readings per pillar: a functional score (how is this area of your life performing?) and a developmental score (how mature is your engagement with it?). The gap between the two is itself diagnostic.
36 psychological statements presented in random order, with no type labels — your core type emerges from how you respond, not from what you already believe about yourself. Then 9 questions mapping your instinctual orientation (Self-Preservation, Sexual, Social), and 5 questions assessing your level of psychological health and integration. The Enneagram describes the structure of your ego — how you habitually organize experience, what you fixate on, and where liberation lies. You can skip this layer and return to complete it later.
Your body's elemental constitution through two complementary lenses: the Ayurvedic tridosha system (Vata, Pitta, Kapha — what you are made of) and the Chinese Wu Xing system (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water — how energy moves through you). Plus your Yin-Yang polarity and your Jing reserve — the primal vitality stored in your kidneys, bones, and reproductive system that determines your capacity for sustained effort and recovery. You can skip this layer and return to complete it later.
The assessment also begins with a few questions about you — your situation, your context — and closes with your intentions: what you want to work on, what drives you, and how you prefer to be guided. Together, these give MunAI the ground to meet you where you actually are.
Answer based on how you actually are, not how you wish to be or how you were five years ago. There are no right or wrong answers. The statements are designed to reveal your genuine patterns, not to test your knowledge. If a statement feels ambiguous, go with your first instinct. Speed and honesty produce a more accurate profile than deliberation.
Layer I takes approximately 10–15 minutes on its own. With Layers II and III, allow 30–40 minutes. You can complete all three in sequence, or skip the optional layers now and return to complete them from your results page. Your responses are scored entirely in your browser — nothing is stored or tracked. At the end, you can download your results or share them with MunAI for personalized guidance.
