MunAI Desktop
MunAI and the whole harmonism.io library in one application on your own computer. It thinks with a language model that runs on the machine itself, so nothing you write leaves it, and after the first download it needs no connection.
Mac

Download AppImage .deb for Debian and Ubuntu64-bit (x86-64).
What it needs
A computer with at least 16 GB of memory. The installer is about 400 MB. On first opening, MunAI downloads its language model once, chosen for the computer's memory: 7.3 GB on a 16 GB machine, 17 GB from 32 GB, larger models on larger machines. The download shows its progress, resumes if interrupted, and is checked before use.
First opening
The app is not yet signed by Apple or Microsoft, so each system asks once.
- Mac
- Open the downloaded file and drag MunAI into Applications. Open it; when macOS refuses, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.
- Windows
- Run the installer. If SmartScreen appears, choose More info, then Run anyway.
- Linux
- Make the AppImage executable (right-click → Properties → Allow executing, or
chmod +x MunAI-linux.AppImage) and open it. The .deb installs withsudo apt install ./MunAI-linux.deb.
What is inside
The conversation with MunAI, with the full doctrinal backbone and the corpus; the library in English, readable offline with its search, the interactive Wheel and the assessment, with the other languages downloadable from the app; and MunAI on every page of the library, answering from your own model. Updates to the corpus and the library are fetched only when you ask. Look this up online sends a single question to a search engine, only when you press it.
