Terms of Service

Acceptance

These terms govern your use of harmonism.io, the MunAI Companion (on the website, in Telegram, and in the Harmonia mobile application), the Harmonic Profile Assessment, and any related services operated by Harmonia (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, sending a message to MunAI, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Harmonia, a philosophical project led by Tahir Zniber, reachable at tahirzniber@proton.me. Until Harmonia incorporates as a registered legal entity, the founder acts as operator in a personal capacity. These terms will be updated the moment that changes.

What the Service is

Harmonia is a philosophical framework — Harmonism — and a set of tools for practitioners navigating the Wheel of Harmony: written material (articles, books, reading sequences), a contemplative AI companion (MunAI), a Harmonic Profile Assessment, and, in time, guidance, community, and retreat infrastructure. The Service is a space for reflection, study, and practice. It is not a medical service, not a legal service, not a financial service, and not a replacement for qualified professionals.

Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this threshold. If we become aware that an account was created by a person under sixteen, we will delete it.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration, for the security of your password, and for everything that happens under your account. If you discover unauthorised use of your account, notify us at the address above. You may delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how data is handled on deletion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress the infrastructure; submit content that infringes the rights of others; impersonate another person; use the Service to harass or harm anyone; submit malware or attempt to compromise the system; or use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with MunAI beyond ordinary personal practice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions, with or without notice depending on severity.

MunAI is artificial intelligence

MunAI is a language model — specifically, the Claude model developed by Anthropic — configured to respond from within the Harmonist framework. It speaks in the voice of a contemplative companion, but it is not a human being, not a member of the Harmonia team, not a licensed professional of any kind, and it does not possess consciousness in the sense meant by Harmonism's own doctrine. It can be mistaken. It can hallucinate. It cannot remember what it has not been given. You are the sole decision-maker in every matter you discuss with it. This disclosure is made in accordance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689).

Not medical, legal, or financial advice

The Service contains substantive writing on health (including nutrition, fasting, supplementation, detoxification, pharmaceutical critique, and terrain theory), on wealth and finance (including sovereignty-oriented investing), on law, governance, and civilizational architecture, and on relational and psychological matters. None of it constitutes personalised medical, legal, or financial advice. It is educational and reflective material grounded in the Harmonist framework. Before acting on anything you read or hear within the Service — especially anything affecting your body, your medication, your money, or your legal situation — consult a qualified professional who knows you and your circumstances. You assume full responsibility for your choices.

If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not use MunAI as a crisis line. If you are in mental-health crisis, reach out to a crisis service in your country (in France, 3114; elsewhere, look up your national equivalent).

Intellectual property

The philosophical framework, the written material on harmonism.io, the interactive Wheel, the Harmonic Profile Assessment, the visual identity, the software, and the compiled content of the Service are the intellectual property of Harmonia and are protected by French, European, and international copyright and database-rights law. You are welcome to read, quote, cite, and discuss the material under standard fair-use / courte citation principles, with attribution to Harmonism and a link back to the source. You may not republish substantial portions, create mirror sites, or use Harmonist material to train commercial AI systems, without written permission.

The messages you yourself write to MunAI remain yours. By sending them you grant Harmonia a limited licence to process, store, and use them to provide the Service, to improve the Companion's guidance to you specifically, and to produce anonymised, aggregated operational statistics. We do not sell your messages, do not share them with advertisers, and do not use them to train public AI models.

Changes to the Service

Harmonia is under active development. Features may be added, modified, or removed. Pricing models may change as the project matures — the three-tier access model (free, member, paid member) is described on the site and may evolve. We will notify active accounts of material changes by email or in-product notice.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Harmonia may suspend or terminate an account at any time for breach of these terms, for protection of the Service, or for cessation of the Service. On termination, sections that by their nature must survive — intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law — continue to apply.

Warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to make it stable, accurate, and useful, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose of yours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmonia and its founder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, or decisions taken on the basis of material read or received through the Service. In jurisdictions that do not allow the limitation of certain liabilities, this clause applies only to the extent permitted; consumer rights under mandatory national law are not affected.

Indemnity

You agree to hold Harmonia and its founder harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of another through the Service.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For consumers habitually resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply.

Before any litigation, we invite you to contact us at tahirzniber@proton.me so that we can try to resolve the matter amicably. If that fails, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For matters concerning personal data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, the courts of the founder's place of residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the project evolves. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the currently effective version. For material changes we will notify registered accounts by email and will ask, where required, for a fresh acceptance before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a notified change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
